¹¹ So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

 

 

INTRODUCTION:

The word of God is God’s principal weapon for compelling supernatural turn around.  Every practical change of story recorded in the scriptures are rooted in God’s word.  Starting from creation, it is the word that turns the dark, shapeless earth around, God said, let there be light and the light came.  The word of creation turned everything around.  We are divine product of the word and only same word can change our states in life, we can also command the supernatural changes through the word.

 

There are 2 main outlines and we pray the Holy Spirit will help our understanding today

 

1. DYNAMIC OF THE WORD GOD

Dynamics are the nature of the words that can guarantee a supernatural turn around in our lives

 

1. The sent word: Isaiah 9:8, Judges 6:12-14, Romans 4:18, Romans 4:20-21, Numbers 23:19

Luke 1:45, Revelation 1:10

1. The right word: 2Peter 1:21, John 1:1-5, Job 6:25, Matthew 6:33, Deut. 8:18

• The word in season: Isaiah 50:4-5, John 8:28, John 5:30, Ps. 56:3

1. The words we imbibe: John 15:1, 7-8

 

2. VIRTUES OF THE WORD

God’s word is loaded with wonders

Psalm 119:18, Luke 8:46, Luke 5:17

 

1. The word is illumination: John 1:1-9, Psalm 119:130, Deut. 7:14, Psalm 34:5
2. God’s word is life: John 6:63, John 1:14, Heb. 4:12

• The word is creative: John 10:10, John 11:23, John 11:23-44, Exodus 15:26

1. God’s word is prophetic: 2Pet. 1:21-22, John 5:26, Luke 5:1-7
2. The word is indestructible seed: Luke 8:11, Matt. 24:35, Psalm 105:19-20
3. Long life is inside the word: 1Cor. 15:26, John 7:30, Gen. 6:3, Deut. 30:19, Gen. 6:3,

Deut. 34:7

• God’s word is medicinal: Psalm 107:20, Matt. 8:8, John 6:63, Prov. 4:20-22
• The word of God is surgical: Luke 13:11-13, Heb. 4:12, Gen. 2:21-22, Mal. 3:16, John 1:1

 

 

CONCLUSION: The word of God is the divine tool for experiencing supernatural turn around.  However, we need three (3) important keys to engage this tool, they are; key of trust, key of faith and key of the Holy Spirit.  Numbers 23:19, Luke 1:45, Revelation 1:10
